Maybe you’re just beginning to figure out who you are.

Maybe you’re building a career, navigating relationships, raising children, supporting others, adjusting to an empty nest, facing retirement, grieving a loss, or wondering what comes next.

**Life keeps changing and sometimes we change with it.**

**Other times, we feel left behind by our own lives.**

- Why do I feel so anxious, angry, lonely, or exhausted?
- Why do I keep repeating the same patterns in my relationships, my choices, or the way I see myself?
- Could hormones, (peri)menopause, aging, or changes in physical or mental health affect me this much?
- What do I do when my thoughts, emotions, perceptions, or behaviors begin to feel frightening, overwhelming, or difficult to control?
- How do I make sense of losing someone or losing the life, future, or version of myself I thought I would have?
- Who am I now?

**Sometimes there is a moment you can point to.**

Leaving home. Starting over. Falling in love. Becoming a parent. Losing a relationship. Changing careers. Receiving a diagnosis. Caring for someone. Watching your children grow up. Losing someone. Retiring. Growing older. Grieving an opportunity, a version of ourselves, or a life we expected to have.

**And sometimes there is no defining moment at all.**

You do not have to wait for a crisis to become curious about your own life.

Sometimes change begins with a simple but powerful question: **What do I need now?**

## These questions have a place.

Life changes us.

Relationships shift. Physical and mental health changes. Roles end. New ones begin. The past can follow us into the present, and sometimes our thoughts, emotions, or experiences become difficult to understand or manage.

**There is no age at which we stop becoming.**

Life asks different things of us at 18 than it does at 40, 65, or 85 — but the need to feel understood, connected, and grounded in who we are does not disappear.

**You can come with anger. Exhaustion. Anxiety. Grief. Numbness. A sense of being stuck, scared, or frustrated. Confusion and questions.**

Sometimes clarity is what comes later.

At MindWell Psychology Group, these questions and the words you have not yet found have a place.
